This hole begins at the end of the parking lot and is good for all types of players. The fairway is very open but has several tall pine trees running down the middle. They are easy to avoid by throwing to either the left or the right of them. If a drive goes way off to the right, it risks hitting a pavilion that often has people eating picnic meals or grilling. The small bathhouse is to the left on this hole. It has a men's room and a women's room, but no water fountain. The park's only water fountain is about 100 feet to the right of the first hole's teepad.
